How to submit your workout?
Upload your video to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
Instagram: Upload your video to Instagram and be sure to tag Tier 1 Human Performance so we can see your video.
Facebook: Upload your video to Facebook and be to tag Tier 1 Human Performance so we can see your video.
YouTube: Upload your video to YouTube and copy your link from your video and send it to us via email or direct message on our social media platforms.
When does it start and end?
Athletes can start submitting their workouts June 1st and the deadline is June 30th! Athletes can also submit as many videos as they want with their best time as long as their video is submitted by the end date June 30th.
RULES
In a continuous video ensure all of your equipment is in camera view or have a buddy follow you for each exercise.
In the same video verify the weights of the kettlebell 53lbs for females and 70lbs for males, barbell is 45lbs (20kg), and the plates loaded on the barbell reach the weight of 95lbs for females and 135lbs for males.
Push Ups: Hands need to be shoulder with apart with body straight from shoulders to feet. Going down arms need to reach a minimum of a 90-degree angle and coming up arms need to fully lock out. You may rest and takes breaks as needed.
Sit Ups: You may place some sort of weight on your feet or have a buddy hold your feet. Hands must be behind your head they do not need to be interlocking. Legs must be bent at a 45-degree angle and must sit all the way up. You may rest and take breaks as needed.
PRIZES
Prizes will be awarded to both Male and Female Winners.
LEADERBOARD
There will be a leaderboard posted on our social media every week so athletes can see where they stand.
